Gift Certificate Questions
We offer a variety of gift certificates for tattoo, piercing, airbrush, apparel and other services. A DZUL gift certificate
is an easy way to pay for purchases at the DZUL Studio. It works just like cash and makes a great gift for friends and
family who prefer to shop in our store.
We don’t currently sell gift certificates online, but we will in the near future. In the meantime stop by our studio to
purchase your gift certificate, or give us a call and we can take your order over the phone.

Gift Certificate Policies
- Gift certificates cannot be redeemed.
- Gift certificates cannot be transferred for use by others.
- Gift certificates may only be used for the service specified on the certificate. For example, a gift certificate for airbrush services cannot be used for tattoo or piercing services.
- In the event that a party working at Dzul leaves the business, gift certificates for services by that party cannot be honored by Dzul.
- Gift certificates are valid for three months after purchase, unless stated differently on the gift certificate.
Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates
Dzul is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. To report a lost or stolen gift certificate, call (206) 767-1163. The original sales receipt or gift receipt is required to replace the remaining balance of a lost or stolen gift certificate. Gift certificates are not redeemable. You can exchange gift certificates for a merchandize credit.
Gift Returns
Did you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? You can receive a merchandise exchange credit for the original price paid, within the regulations of DZUL polices.
