Where is your Studio located?

What Products & services do you offer?

Our services are custom Tattoos & Airbrush, as well as Piercing. Our products are an extensive selection of piercing
jewelry, urban apparel, and accessories such as belts, belt buckles, and hats. We also create art for companies such
as murals, logos, and other illustrations, etc.

Is an appointment necessary?

Appointments are not required for any of our services. Walk-ins are welcome, we encourage everyone to come in and
check our work, studio and speak with one of our colleague or artists, although due to the demand for our work and
the time it takes to create great work we may need to setup an appointment depending on our schedule availability.

What is a consultation?

A consultation is a free-of charge, 15+ minute meeting with a DZUL artists or colleague where you can discuss your
ideas, bring in any reference art you may have and ask any questions you may have about your design or the process
in general, get an estimated price as well as the amount of time it may take for tattoo, piercing, or airbrush. From there,
if you’d like to go forward with the design/piercing a Dzul colleague can book your appointment.

Can I request a quote or send/receive photos/artwork through email?

If your appointment has already been setup and your deposit has already been made you can communicate with a
DZUL colleague or artist to send/receive photos and artwork through email.

Call us at 206.767.1163 to book your appointment or to answer any questions you may have. Walk-ins are welcome
for piercing, airbrush and other services we provide.

Do you require a deposit for any of your services?

We do not require a deposit unless it is a custom design or requires preparation. Before we start work we require a
deposit of 1/3 or ½ of the estimate for all tattoos, any custom airbrush work, Logos, illustrations, murals, etc
depending on the project. Your deposit will reserve your desired time and will be applied to full amount of your
estimate. Speak to one of our artists or colleagues for more information.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Do you sell your products online?

We don't currently sell online, but we hope to in the future. In the meantime, feel free to visit us at our studio. We can
also process your order over the phone.

Do you sell gifts certificates?

We offer a variety of gift certificates for tattoo, piercing, airbrush, apparel and other services we provide. A DZUL gift
certificate is an easy way to pay for purchases at the DZUL Studio. It works just like cash and makes a great gift for
friends and family who prefer to shop in our store.

A list of things we don't offer..

We don't offer picture printing or silk screening, or any kind of embroidery on clothing (but we do sell top name
clothing brands already with prints). We also don't offer any kind of car sticker graphics or paint cars.(we create,
custom murals on the cars and different services.)

What is your payment policy?

Full payment at the time of service is required. We accept cash, debit and credit cards (VISA and MasterCard only)

Do we charge sales tax?

We are obligated to charge WA sales tax.

  1. We set the highest standards for art & professional services and our prices reflect that policy in our work. Stop by the studio so we can help you more efficiently, or call us at 206.767.1163 to book your appointment or to answer any questions you may have.

 

  1. The nature of custom tattoo and airbrush work makes it difficult for you and for us to provide a realistic estimate without a discussion between you and a DZUL colleague or artist. Due to the demand for our work and the time it takes to create great work, we cannot give quotes or send photos/artwork online for tattoos and other services unless your appointment has already been setup and your deposit has already been made you can communicate with a DZUL colleague or artist to send/receive photos and artwork through email.

 

  1. Any custom work; product or service that involves preparation requires a deposit before we are able to start work. This includes any custom work involving tattoos, airbrush, art, murals, logos, illustrations etc.

  1. DZUL personnel are fluent in Spanish and English. Todo el personal de DZUL habla español.

 

  1. Taking pictures of our artwork display is not allowed. Artwork that is being created for you can be photographed.

 

  1. Dzul accepts cash, visa & MasterCard credit/debit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

 

  1. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason to anyone.

 

 

Deposit Policy

 

  1. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

  1. A deposit is 1/3 or ½ of the estimate. The deposit will be applied to the final price of your estimate. You can pay in person, or we can process credit/debit card payment over the phone. You must pay the deposit at the time of setup unless authorized by Dzul. Speak to one of our colleagues or artists for more information.

 

  1. Our quotes are only estimates. We do not charge an hourly rate we charge by the piece. We do our best to stick to the quotes we give, but sometimes, a project can take longer than anticipated for a variety of reasons. You may end up paying more or less than what you are quoted. Please come prepared with extra money in case you would like to add or change detail to your design.
