We sell leading brands such as Tribal Gear, Dice-One, Dickies, Aztlan 5th Sun, etc. as well as accessories such as
City Locs sunglasses, Lowrider Shoes, Tribal Gear Shoes, belts, buckles, etc.
For all clothing not receiving airbrush services, we do not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges within 15 days of
purchase, and only if the garment is unworn with the price tags intact. We cannot accept exchanges without the original
tags and receipt slip. All returns/exchanges will not be accepted without managerial approval.
We do sell our own brand; currently we have a few select styles with our designs at our studio. We will be launching
our full clothing line that will be available soon at our online store and at our studio.

Apparel Policies
Return Policy
Please note that Dzul only permits the return of products due to a Dzul order processing error and that all sales are final. If you have received an incorrect product due to a Dzul order error, please contact us by phone or in person and we we’ll credit the amount back to you in the form it was received or toward a merchandize credit with managerial approval.
Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it for a merchandise credit, within 15 days of the original purchase date.
All gear must be unworn, in new condition, with all price tags intact. Dzul will not accept exchanges without the original tags and receipt/packing slip and without managerial approval. Exchanges past the 15-day deadline will not be accepted.
Defective Items
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Dzul product, please contact Dzul at 206.767.1163. Defective products must be reported within 3 business days after you have received or purchased the product.
